It's ironic a free software like malware bytes is more helpful than a Paid AV program. 

Ain't that the truth!  Go figure, right?

But it sure got that malware troll off my computer when the paid one couldn't even find it.

I use malwarebytes along with my Vipre antivirus.  Since using Vipre I haven't gotten any virus'.  malwarebytes can be used for free or paided.  I also use microsofts malware removal tool which is free also.   Vipre is a great  virus protection and its cheaper than the rest.  This is my 3rd year with vipre now and computer is great!!!!
