we had a mild winter until about 10 days ago and now its getting really cold. it was 0 w/ the wind chill the other day

.....in Minnesota. We just have a dusting of snow on the ground, and that is very unusual for winter. 

I am in Southwestern Minnesota!

Still not a lot of snow where I live either, sommap.  Hope that isn't waiting to play catch up, too....

Yes here in ND too, we had it real good for a long stretch cant complain too much.

even though in california it's cold 45-50 degrees. been wearing a sweatshirt and two sweat pants to bed do you in 2degres weather have to have your heat on all night. i would hate that.love the chat on this site now offers not sure

It sure is.  We have had a mild winter so far.  In the DC area, we are expecting sleet and freezing rain over the weekend.  What a perfect reason for staying indoors!
