You may be attempting the impossible here.  You need to have a certain dollar amount in offers in order to cashout. Those are the rules that we all have to follow.  FC would not exist if advertisers were not used by FC members and all they paid FC members on were referrals and posting bonuses.  If you agreed to the rules when you signed up, you still have to live by them.

they wont be able to take this requirement away for one person. Just do the daily offers to get up to the $15 requirement like i do usually and do all of the bonus offers like referrals and $3 a month forum bonus.

Good summary of the situation there! I am really sick and tired of the slew of newbies lately that are [apparently] above the rest of us and therefore 'entitled' to their own FC Rules and Regs.

Wow....this is pretty funny. The whole reason behind the $15 in offers is so people don't just collect bonus money and cash out. Nice try. What makes you better than everyone else? Read the rules and do the work like everyone else.

the $15 requirement allows fusion cash to have their users to surveys...if this was taken away then everyone could just get free money and benefit without helping anyone else. the website would fail and no one would get paid

yes, fusion cash would get money and so would your referrals.  Not you, unless you also do your share of the work, which is more than just collecting money from your referrals.  The only "boss" here who can do that is Fusion Cash itself.  It is their website, not yours.

If you can get 100 active referrals/month over the next 2 months, you deserve to cash out without having $15 in offers.

For me, it's a whole lot easier to get $15 in offers.
