Do you miss the Tan colored M & M's candy piece?

Ever since they replaced the tan colored candy piece with the blue one it just ain't the same.

Originally it was yellow, orange, green, red, tan, and brown colored candy pieces in M &M's candy bags. I miss the tan pieces.

I do! i wish they would go back to the original colors. Very few people even remember the tan!

WOW -- what made you think of that?  I must be old, because I remember the tan M&Ms.  It was the color of latte and yeah they should bring it back!  I have issues with some of the new colors, especially the blue.  I SWEAR I can taste the blue dye they use in it and it's not pleasant.

What do you all think about how you can personalize M&Ms now?  You can get all sorts of things printed on them, makes a unique kind of gift.  I've never done it, mainly because I don't want to have to order them and wait around -- I'm more of a get it now and get it DONE kind of girl when it comes to getting a gift for someone.  However, if I ever had an important party (wedding, anniversary, milestone birthday, that sort of thing) I could see getting them printed and giving them out as party favors.

They would have to print only on the TAN ones, of course.

Oh just slipping into reminiscing about the old days in the early 1970's made me think of the original tan colored candy piece of M&M's. I like ur idead. Good to meet u Jennj

LOL. I hear yuh. I always eat the other colors first. Then I eat the red color last becasue I'm part native american.

When I was in high school, the big joke was that the GREEN M&Ms made you horny.  We were all a bunch of horny teenagers so I guess it must've been true, right?!  LOL  I was always disappointed when there weren't any green ones in a package!  I admit to still eating all the green ones first.

I remember the tan colored m&m, I always thought it tasted different than the others but I don't think it really did. I just didn't like the blue color choice but it doesn't matter, I love m&m's!

I guess I don't eat them very often cause I sure couldn't tell you all of the colors.  Now that I think about it though I do remember the tan.  I would have eaten it first just to get rid of a color that wasn't nice and bright.
