That's part of it. After you post your 30 contributory posts you pick 3 to submit. Those 3 should informative, humorous, helpfull, extra...Click on 'paid to post', it tells you exactly what you need to do.

the "paid-to post" that sfister refers to is the link at the top of each forum page "Are you getting paid to post yet?" And yes that's exactly where you should check for answers to all questions on this subject.

I try to do a couple a day so that I am over the 20 but at the same time I find that sometimes there are some really interesting things that I like to respond to.

yeah that seems to be the general idea, doing five of day should knock that out quickly what I don't understand is why do we have to wait so long to receive the payment..

I don't know if you know for sure what the time frame is for this? (I don't think it's such a long wait for payment, but that's JMO, you understand)
Keep in mind that they have to verify each and every member's request for the $3.00, by checking the number of posts and also that the posts are ones that qualify. Sounds like a rather large task to me!

From the time you request your forum bonus (generally towards last day/two of the month, although you can fill out the request form whenever you have 30+ posts for the month) until you receive it is around 30 days/month.
They DO tell you to allow longer (following quoted from admin's post):

Bonuses will be credited at the end of following month; please allow UP TO 65 days for crediting

but I've gotten the impression that it's nearly always a month, not 65 days.

Also...be SURE to fill out the forum bonus request form!!
Follow link @ top of each forum page "Are you getting paid to post yet?" and that tells you all you need to know about requesting it each month.

I just wanted to make sure you knew this (quoted from admin's post):

Q:  Does this bonus count toward the $15 minimum cashout amount?
A:  This bonus counts towards the $25 cashout minimum, but since it's a bonus, it does not count towards the $15 in offers completed cashout minimum.  It's just like a referral bonus, or any other bonus.

You are correct.  30 post in 30 days and $3.00 per month.  It take like 45 days for you to get paid the $3.00 because they have to verify and stuff.  and then its regular every month.  Hope this helps.  I am still a newbie

so your saying once I have posted my 30 for the month I have to pick three to submit....how does that work do they inform me that I have reached my 30 and then send me to a page with all my post and have me choose three, or do I have to do that on my own?
