My husband and I aren't big drinkers.  But after doing some research on  the benefits of drinking a glass of red wine each night we just started implementing this into our routines.  Just in the last 3 - 4 nights.  As it turns out we are both loosing weight...sleeping really well... and this horrible sinus/strep infection we've been battling with 4 rounds of antibiotics seems to be gone now too?  Coincidence?

I drink water, tea, and crystal light every day, but I don't drink anything with alcohol in it because I can get drunk taking NyQuil

Absolutely.  I love red wine - Coppola Claret is one of my fave indulgences.  California red zins are good and Chilean cabernets are fast becoming another favorite.  Saying I have wine once a week would be absurd.  Without excuse, I unabashedly enjoy red wine with dinner a few times a week, as well as mimosas or spritzers on the weekends.

I was a regular drinker from age 14-24. However, after spending the last 3 of those years living with my alcoholic boyfriend, I saw the way that drinking for him became a daily ritual that ended with him passed out on the couch. I didn't want that life so he and I went our separate ways and I haven't had a drink since. I'm sure that I will drink again at some point, but the occasion hasn't arisen yet since my current boyfriend is straight edge.

However, I have this lovely bottle of Jagermeister that's been sitting in my freezer since September. I'm waiting for my brother to come back from Afghanistan so we can drink it together.

Sometimes. I'm fairly poor lately so I don't really have the extra money to spend on alcohol, but when I do it's usually just a 6 pack of Mike's or Smirnoff. I do really like the new whipped cream flavored vodka though.

No I do not drink I am a type 2 diabiate and take meds. The meds would make my sugar low if I drank.  I did back when I was younger but now i am a maw maw but I have to say I do think of  a nice glass of wine from time to time.
