Probably not.  If you do, it will be subject to being revoked.  You are not supposed to do an offer unless you have a genuine interest or have never completed the offer before.  So if you were already a member and just signed up to get paid you are not eligible.  Here is an excerpt from the Fusion Cash terms of service:

Users must try only those offers in which they have a legitimate interest. If a user is found, in FusionCash's sole discretion, to be in violation of this provision, his/her earnings will be forfeit and his/her account disqualified.

Usually if you are trying to sign up again it would of kicked you out, because it would of recognized your address. If it let you do it, maybe you were not signed up all the way.
