are you talking about help with the forums or with the main FC site itself?  More info would be a good idea before we could help ya....  We can;t answer a question for ya if we dont't know what the question is... .

if u r talking bout the forum just start chatting with people..  on the fc main site, just start with the free no cc offers and start clicking on them..   they will ask u for your email address first, then all of your other info  name, address, bd, and gender, then go thru the surveys until u get to a page that says congratulations.. at that point  try to leave that page open for a good 10 secs.  dont forget to clear your cookies after every offer u complete.. that does seem to help..  good luck
