If you had 15,000 to spare what would you do with it?

If I had fifteen thousand dollars to spare that I didn't have to save or pay bills with; I would buy some new clothes and buy some coach plane tickets and travel. London, Paris and Milan would be my first three places I would visit right away. I would live in cheap clean hotels and go as many places as I could. I would also buy a new couch.

i would pay bills or pay off credit cards and get stuff i need for my house

Probably plan a really nice vacation with my son.  Maybe Atlantis in the Bahamas or something like that.

If I had 15,000 dollars to spare I would use it to help those less fortunate than myself. I would also help homeless animals as much and in any way I could.

i would take half and put it towards my student loans.
i would take the other half and put it into a savings account
so i could get a headstart on saving for a house. i think it would
be easier to save if i already had a good lump in the bank.

(and i might take $500 and go on a shopping spree!
but the rest i would definitely save! )

Pay off debt (car loan, second mortgage). If I had no debt then I would put it towards a jeep wrangler! I have always wanted one but they are very spendy!

Oh wow thats hard I think I would give most to my mom she has raised me for 20 years providing everything for me, I would like to do something for her then probably save the rest. 15,000 is a lot but in a way not a ton to do a lot with I mean I would like to give to her then save shopping spree traveling give to other family and friends nicer car but its just not enough so I would say like 10,000 to my mom 4,000 in savings and the rest for other family friends

I don't have to worry about that, because I doubt that I would ever have have $15k to spare.  You are living in a dream world because if you don't have a job why delude yourself like that.

If you had bills to pay then you wouldn't have that money to spare, whould you?  But if I truly had 15,000 to spare then there is no question that I would put it into saving and try to act like it isn't even there.

10,000 for paying off the house, 5,000 for traveling to Japan with my husband and daughter to see my family and friends.

I would buy a used car for my grandson and a better car for my son and other grandson.  $15,000 wouldn't actually go that far but it would sure be nice to try to work it out

If I had $15,000 I would pay off my bills, buy some needed new cloths and put the rest in the bank.

I would put it is the bank and keep saving so I could retire the second time.  I am going to have a knee replacement Wednesday the 4th of Jan.  I hope I can go back to work when I get better.  I would like to have enough to retire now as I am 70 years old.
