Greetings Admin,
You may not have control over how the system pays, but you should have control over what companies or vendors are allowed to promote things on this site and it would seem to be to FC's benefit as well as to the participants to eliminate those companies that constantly have issues or to push them to have the issues resolved, turning things into a win win situation rather than to just be passive and say that there is nothing that can be done about it. A stronger push for better quality in what is offered should also be within your control so there are a few things that could be done but the perception is that those things are not being done. Perhaps posting some statistics would help to prove this perception to be incorrect, such as how many new vendors or offers each month, how many rejected or improved, how many with issues unresolved, for those that don't improve problems after 30 or 60 days, get rid of them with a proviso that they may reapply to present on FC if and when they can prove to FC that their issues have been resolved. That should seem to be logical, and may already be happening, except the participants have no way to verify that those activities are taking place on their behalf.
We've got the best advertisers that we can get for a site of our size. In any business transaction the party which is paying is the party with the leverage. In our case that means the market research companies that provide surveys, and the advertisers that provide videos & offers. They choose the terms of our promotion and we're happy to have the opportunity. You are likely to have a similar experience at any site like ours if you stay there long enough.
We already vet our advertiser offers and review them on an ongoing basis. If you see it on the site it means it's already been proven to credit for a substantial portion of all users. You have to keep in mind that people are more likely to post a complaint about an offer/advertiser than a "I got credited". It's just human nature. Plus, most FC members are not even active on the forum. So even if you see a handful of posts reporting a problem with a particular offer, that same offer is most likely crediting for virtually everyone who completes it correctly.
MOST issues with crediting are caused by something on the end user's computer. It can be a lot of different things: a network hiccup, iffy wifi, software like anti-virus or "web scanners", proxy use, corporate or university firewalls. If you stick around on the forums long enough you will notice that some users seem to get credited for virtually everything, while some consistently have problems. You'll also notice that in the "post what you've been credited for" type threads, people ARE being credited for offers which other people are complaining about. This just goes to show that the crediting success of your endeavors on here depends almost entirely on things outside of our control, including the way that your computer is setup, your internet connection and its quality, and (in the case of surveys) your demographics.
Offering payouts for survey DQs or "attempted" offers is not financially possible, not to mention that it opens up a huge avenue for abuse (we have no way to tell if you answered 0 or 100 questions before getting DQ'd - we just know you clicked on a survey - so people can lie about attempting surveys).
FC is not perfect, and we make no claim that we are. This site is not for everyone. If you are unhappy with the way that we run things, you are welcome to try your luck with one of our many competitors - nobody is forcing anyone to be here!
