DOes anybody really eat cranberry sauce?

Thanksgiving and Christmas meals wouldn't be the same without cranberry sauce!  I really only like it right out of the can, cold, and sliced.

PLEASE  cranberry sauce has a cult following lol.  Personally I love cranberry sauce with turkey and can't imagine having a holiday meal that included turkey that didn't include cranberry sauce. Now I didn't realize what a cult following canned cranberry sauce has until I read a few stories online about it during Thanksgiving.  We always had canned cranberry sauce (we didn't mash it up) it was dumped out of the can whole and then sliced.  yum love it.

My sister and Daughter wont eat turkey without cranberry sauce. now they are getting hooked too

My mother and husband love cranberry sauce.  She makes a cranberry salad that they both like real well.  I don't like the tart taste.  Can't get them sweet enough for me.

It's a matter of personal taste, I guess. I've always loved the jelly style cranberry sauce. I guess if you didn't grow up with it, it might seem a little strange.

I grew up with my family always putting cranberry sauce on the table at christmas and thanksgiving, so i guess thats why i still buy it. but my wife is the only one that eats it.  after reading some of the posts, i might try it on christmas. (with the turkey)

Totally love it. We also love to make our own.. But this year we couldn't find any fresh bags that looked good.

I do, but not the real kind. i have to have the jellied kind that is in the shape of the can, lol. I like to eat it with my turkey to help with the dryness of turkey.

I love it!  Canned, fresh, jellied, chunky- it doesn't matter.  Very tasty!

I make my own cranberry sauce.  I grind up cranberries and oranges and add a large can of crushed pinapple and add sugar and sometime I add chopped nuts.  My family really like this this way and it is not hard to make and alot better than canned cranberry sauce.  I made some for Thanksgiving and I am going to make some more for Christmas.  I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  May God bless each of you and keep you safe.  Just remember that Jesus is the reason for the season.
