How old was your mother when you were born?

My mother was twenty three when I, the oldest, was born...and had my sister three years later.  That marriage desolved by the time I was twelve and a half.  I think that most marriages with people who are under age thirty are in for a rough road because people change so much.  I waited until I was thirty, more mature (and set in my ways) and a little more financially secure...we have managed to stay married eighteen years.  My wife has the patience of a saint!  We had kids when I was thirty four and thirty six and they are two of the most well-adjusted kids around!  Even with me in the picture.

My mom was 16 when I was born and my dad was 20. I waited until I was 29 ( celebrated my 30th birthday while pregnant ) to have my only child.

My mother got a late start.  She was 30 when I was born. I was the oldest.

When I was born my mom was 42 and my dad was 63. I guess I was the last try before they gave up having any more after having 8 kids  .

My mother was 40 when she had me. However she died when I was 2.5. My father remarried when I was 5 to a wonderful person. My adoptive mother  would have been 21 when I was born.

My mom was 14 and my dad 18.They got married in March and I was born in December.She was actually 13 when she got pregnant.She turned 14 in October and I was born in December.I had my 1st child when I was 15.2nd at 17 and the 3rd at 21.I will be married 35 years on the 24th of this month.

My mother was older as well.  I was the youngest of seven children.  I got the least of everything. 
She had already been through so much by the time I came around it didn't matter what I did.  Personally I don't think
that was the right thing to do.  But I don't judge, I just try to learn from it.
