We call it baking day. My wife is baking homemade bread today, with secret family recipe. So that means loaves of bread, homemade sweet rolls. And my favorite Homemade Pizza and breadsticks, thats alot of bread dough and she works hard
but it is all worth it at the end of the day!!!

One of my favorite days of winter is the first day of snow. And by snow I mean the day you wake up and the ground is covered and trees are covered with nothing but buetifull snow. Watching my boyes face light up to see this makes me smile.

My favorite days of winter is when my mom and I used to do holiday baking.  We would make cookies, bread, rolls, ornaments, muffins, donuts.  We would get up early and spend the whole day in the kitchen.  The following day we would package up what we made and deliver it to our neighbors and family.  Since my mother passed away 3yrs ago, I still continue but it isn't the same anymore.

I make most of my own bread which means I baked fresh homemade bread at least once or twice a week! We have homemade french bread the most but my husband also loves my potato rosemary rolls and banana bread !

i'm glad people still make their breads. my grandma used to or possibly still makes breads too.
