i understand how you feel. it happened to me too. its so stressing to do the surveys that enough the way it is and by finding out that you are not credited for it its even more stressful

same problem here, I'm starting to get frustrated. I'll spend an hour on something then end up at a dead end or witha  technical difficulty or just not get credited and have no idea why. I've been a member for a week and have spent quite a bit of time on this.
