i got a friend who is 49 years old and just found out she had a stroke today i can't believe it she was always so healthy and active it is scary because i am gonna be 51 in a few weeks if anyone has input on strokes let me know so i can pass it along to her thanks all

I am very sorry to hear about ur friend, unfortunately I do not have any info on strokes, just wanted to pass my prayers & wishes for a healthy recovery along!  Take Care!!

I am sorry to hear about your friend.  You can go online and find out all about the symptoms of a stroke and what you can do to help yourself.  There is so much info readily available right at your finger tips.

Sorry to hear that. My father at around 58 had two strokes, but he was nearly obese, had a poor diet, smoked etc.. So we weren't shocked when it happened.  The doctors said that the strokes were caused by poor diet. I'm guessing it various depending on the person.
