grabbing, hair pulling cat fights for that last barbie or remote control truck, you can be attacked by some crazy lady with pepper spray as a weapon & advantage against the other parents from getting items she wants. She was taking to jail but made bale. Ya, she could have blinded innocent people with that spray & they let her go with only a slap on the hand! If I was 1 of those persons that was sent to the hospital for eye treatment, I would sue her *bleep* big time! She wasn't using the  spray for protection but as a weapon against innocent people for greedy gains. I think her crime should be charged not a felony! Does anyone agree or am I over acting? :-
