I setup direct deposit and cashed out the end of next month. I got confirmation that everything will be processed by the 21st. on the 22nd it was said under my cashouts that the payment was returned to fushion cash because no account was located. I am not understanding whats going on because this account is valid and fine. I updated my account information to an different direct deposit account and i am wondering how long it's going to take for me to get my money. I have put in 2 tickets with support on the 22nd and I haven't gotten a response back. Everyone says this site is legit, but im confused at the moment. Can someone give me any information on whats going on?

I assure you this site is legit, so don't give up. There must be a good reason, so cut them some slack since it's holiday time.

A response from support can take awhile.  Since FC put your money back into your account, the earliest you will see your cashout is the 20th of December.

In the meantime, double check the information you put in when you set up the direct deposit.  One misplaced number can throw the whole thing off.

Have you considered setting up a PAYPAL account?  It will probably take you a week to complete the PAYPAL setup and get verified.  Verification means that you tie your PAYPAL account to your bank account -- you have to give PAYPAL that information and they sent you a couple of cents to confirm the account exists and the transfer works.

I find PAYPAL is an easier process than direct deposit.  If you expand your activity on PTC, surveys and GPT sites on the net, a PAYPAL account is a necessity.  You'll also want an Alert Pay account because some sites only use Alert Pay.

Don't worry either paypal or direct deposit works here fine on this site. I always like easy and fast direct deposit but my friend who is my referral always is fond of paypal and we both get money no problem. This is a great legit site and your money won't lose.

I like to get paid from a check that way you can show people that you are making that money.  It takes about 2 days longer to get a check.

I already have a PILE of check images, so that's not a factor anymore. I can just show them my payment register from my account page on a video.

is the direct deposit account on a checking account or for a prepaid cc account? if it was for a prepaid card account, they might return it b/c a lot of them dont take direct deposits?
