Now here is a campaign which can help tons of different business.
Just ONE purchase at ANY small business can make a difference in our economy.

I agree!  If we don't support the small business they will soon be gone and we will be at the mercy of the big dogs like walmart!

I shopped at my local pizza delivery store, owned by a self proprietor.
How about you?

I would love to support certain local shops in my area, but some of their are just way to expensive. I understand that they need to make a profit to stay afloat, but it doesn't make much sense for the consumer in this bad economy.

It is a great idea, but should be carried on all year long. We live in a rural area and we buy from local business whenever possible. There is a small grocery store and a farm store that we utilize frequently. Sure, it may be a few dollars more, but when we consider going to the next largest town, the gas we use equals what we would have saved.

Boy do I agree with this statement- it amazes me the people who will drive 6 miles to save .50cents.  Support your local businesses because
these are the people who support your town, school, churches, clubs, little leagues, etc......
