narrating videos

I am making youtube videos and it was suggested that i narrate the videos but i dont have microphone and because of my disability it makes it hard to be coherent while talking what do u suggest i do

I've never tried making a video or narrate one.

Do you have a friend who has a computer with a microphone that could narrate the video for you?  

I'm not sure whether the narration could be added later or if it has to be done at the same time as you do the video.
