OH WELL, BACK TO NO CREDIT FOR VIDEOS

I thought my no credit for videos days were over. But here we go, the Diddy video refuses to give me credit. Logged in and out 3 times and watched it, cleared cookies, still nothing. It's just a penny but pennies do add up. That's the whole point in this GPT thing I believe. I don't know what I should do.

I don't even see any videos to watch....nothing but the phone demo....there really should be more.

  ibrow...i'm going through the same thing. only been with FC since end of Oct and have not been credited for 4-5 surveys so far. I don't buy "it's your cookies, your browser" stuff. But then I'm not computer savvy at all so maybe they're right.

Someone did recommend next time staying on the "congratulations" screen at the end of survey until you see the credit. Now I can't get approved! lol

Yea same thing happens to me, it does add up. Still love fusioncash but wish that didn't happen

Most times the videos go through but if they don't i don't get mad about it. At least it's not like not getting credit for a survey you spend lots of time on.

The videos have been crediting me lately. I use the Internet Explorer 9 browser. You might want to change browsers. I have found that the videos credit me mostly using IE9. Very few have credited me using Firefox browser. Good luck!

I agree, except I almost refuse to use IE.  If a video does not credit with Firefox I either just move on or open Chrome and try that.  Maybe it is just be but I have so much trouble with IE.  I just got a new computer and I have not tried it on that one, but I just became so frustrated with it on my other computers that I stay away from it.

The only thing that seems to work is to watch videos in Internet Explorer.  If you are and still aren't getting credit, open a support ticket.  FC is good about fixing these problems quickly.  Good luck.

I'm not having any problems except for the windows demo one.I guess I need to be on facebook for that to work.

Is it my imagination or are there less videos the last couple of weeks than normal?  I miss seeing the quick videos.  Perhaps I am just missing them at different times of the day?  Is anyone else seeing this?

I started this thread a couple of days ago, and now it has gotten worse. I can't get credit for any videos. What I can't understand the most is that I can't get credit for videos that I have received credit just days ago. For example, I got credit Twice each on 11/15 and 11/16 and Once on the 14th for Special: Make the Pledge to Shop Small Business and today I watched the video 3 times and it will not give me my pennies. Also, I received credit for Special: Dos Equis, On Failing on the 13th, 8th, 5th, and 2nd, and now today I have watched it 3 times also and no credit. This is weird. I would think that if I would recieve credit on another day that I would receive it now. But no. I have done all the things you can do. Logged in and out, cleared cookies and history, restarted my cpu, etc.. but still nothing. I'm wondering if anybody else out there is having the same problems?

                   But still, As Always...     FUSION CASH ROCKS!!!

I watched the small business video a few times, but received credit for it once.
