what do you do in the medle of the night when you can't sleep

I might get a snack if I'm hungry and watch TV because it makes me sleepy.

I usually sleep extremely well for the whole night. I am rarely an insomniac. Unless the winter nights are extremely cold that may cause me to toss and turn a bit in an attempt to stay warm, in most cases I still sleep through until morning.

When I can't sleep I usually turn my computer on. I seem to get a lot done during that time. I do a lot of writing and my mind really works over time during those sleepless night. Then there are times when I will read a book. I am not big into tv so it never gets turned on.

Well I haven't been able to sleep good here lately so I just watch tv or get on puter & talk to my friends on FB or play games....

These days I usually go to bed so exhausted that once my kitty crawls under the covers with me we go right to sleep.  I like to read before sleep, but have been too busy to do that lately.  If I have trouble getting to sleep it's usually because I can't turn my head off.  In that case I take a dose of Bach Flower White Chestnut.  Sometimes I take a camomile tablet or drink camomile tea.

Get on FC, of course, and try to get some offers done, read and post here.  Also, check email and catch up on the news, weather for the next day, etc.

I usually play WoW , get on fusion cash (like I am right now ) or i just try to find something to watch to put me to sleep
