I was sad to learn this morning that my favorite curmudgeon, Andy Rooney, has died. I watched his last commentary on "60 Minutes" not long ago and thought how much I was going to miss him. Now I am really going to miss him.

I was shocked to learn of Andy's death this morning.  He seemed fine during his last appearance a month ago but he was 92 and things can happen quickly.  Rest In Peace Andy.

Sad to hear Andy Rooney had past. He was a great commentator for 60 minutes.  :crybaby2:  :(

He must have known he was going in for surgery when he did his last broadcast.  Apparently he never recovered from the surgery and wasin the hospital for weeks.
