Snow in October

Did anyone else get hit with a snow storm this weekend? I lost power for two days because of it.  :(

We got snow but we didn't lose power. I think we got about four inches but it melted pretty quickly.

Our snow melted quickly too but many towns lost power Saturday and STILL have no power. It's to cold for people to be without electricity.

I would love to see some snow. I have yet to experience snow that hasn't melted as soon as it hit the ground yet

If you come to Connecticut you'll see a lot of snow this year. It's been said we are going to have another BAD winter :(

I heard the same thing and I am not looking forward to it! Sorry to hear you lost your power for 2 days. Glad to here you have it back. We were very lucky and did not lose power.

My sister in New York got six inches of snow. Here in Missouri, it's barely chilly. I have heard, however, that this year is going to be very cold.

I live in Southern Missouri and we didn't get any snow but it did get really cold one night.  But I think its going to be a cold one again I would rather have snow than ice.
