I don't really know of any reliable places but I can tell you to be very careful and make for you do reasearch on the people you find!!!

some loan companies will do small loans to people with bad credit but your interest rate will be ungodly high. Depending on how bad your credit is and the size of your loan they may require a co-signer.

You may want to start with a small secured loan from a small bank or credit union, just to start rebuilding. If you go to bkforum.com there is an entire subforum at that site devoted to rebuilding credit. Good luck
