I have the 5 dollars in my account but I've done several surveys and can't seem to redeem cash for any of them. I'm new at this and I have watched the very well done tutorials several times. Does the process just take a long time? Could just be me.
To give yourself the best chance of having the daily surveys credit for you, do the following:
(1) Clear you cookies and history before you start each session.
(2) Attempt all six of the daily surveys and exhaust all your chances
(3) Keep the Congrats! screen open for 5-10 minutes on any surveys you are lucky enough to complete (or shrink the screen and open your Account page in a new window) to give the automated system a chance to work. It usually takes anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes for a survey to credit after you've reached the 'Congrats!' screen. I just sit and watch the scrolling crediting screen on the FC Toolbar until the survey credits (or not). Sometimes the automated system doesn't work. It is what it is.
(4) Clear your cookies and history again later and attempt all of the dailies that you've had no luck with again (since you can attempt them once every 24 hrs) and you'll often be given a new survey that will credit for you. The sponsors do vary them, even on the same day. I've often hit a survey on SSI, for example, that credited for me in the evening after the morning session yielded no results.
The pickings have been rather slim lately but hopefully the sponsors will give us more new surveys soon. One can only hope. You get to the point where you've seen the same old recycling qualifying questions before and know that the survey is a dead-end. Don't get discouraged when that occurs. Just continue trying to qualify. You never know when you'll hit a winner and, if you persist, you will.
