Why Do People Say They Will Pay You When They Get There Income Tax?

  Most people say I will pay you the money that I owe you when I get my income tax check. Because they weren't plan on paying you back in the first place.

Right because paying you back is not a priority for them.

Usually these people do not have the self-discipline tomanage their money. They always depend on a large expected sum to fix all their problems.

If you do some questioning, they probably have plans for this money that is 6 times the cost that they are actually getting.

Yeah that is the people that are going to pay everything and everyone back when they get their income tax.

i never have enough money to lend any one, and besides that, i'd be too embarrased to ask anyone for any money....don't loan any money...only give gifts then there is no hard feelings

I automatically thought of those court shows when I read that. Most people have that money ear marked for something else like larger debts to companies

Because most people got that money spent before it is actually in there hands.
