I talk to myself a lot. maybe too much for my own good haha. but i do think it is pretty normal.

I've talked to myself all of my life!  It started by being an only child for six years.  I've had some good conversations with myself over the years.  The arguments are dandies!

We are like computers...we need to unwind once in a while. This allows you to clear your mind of problems and find solutions for them.

I talk to myself when someone pisses me off.  It's better to talk to myself than to "throw down" in front of my kids.  lol

A lot of people talk to themselves. I do, too, sometimes. It doesn't mean you're crazy; unless you're the only person you ever talk to, that is!

you are normal and ok. i sometimes talk to myself when i am alone and talk to God when i drive the car as well.

MAN, I will hold a whole dang debate with myself when I am alone! I Dont Care!!!!! Sometimes, voicing your thoughts aloud instead of just looking up in the skye and saying inside you head...."HMMMMM, wonder why that guy just cut me off??!?!" It's a "venting effect", you know~ to cool your jets before you commit road rage?!?!? It definitely makes you feel better, especially when someone has pissed you off.  Even better one-if you are trying to remember one of those old elusive song titles, and you finally get alone and say, as profoundly as you can, I might add...... "STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN!!!! THA'TS THE SONG I MADE OUT WITH SO AND SO TO!!! DAMN, THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER REMEMBER!"..as a good, but bad example.

I talk to myself a lot. Talking to yourself is generally just thinking aloud and thinking is just the mind talking to itself. So you see, it's completely natural. I think I'd be more worried if you didn't do this at all. Lol

You are not crazy! Sometimes we do this when we are trying to figure out our lives. Navigating through all the madness of life is a chore and only you know what you want in life. Nothing wrong with that.I do it. Hate when my spouse does it because he talks crap to himself about me mostly when he is in the bathroom.
