:notworthy:  A law for bullies should be included in the laws for physical and verbal abuse.

Down here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast we are trying to get Jackson County Anti-bullying put into schools.  Its already in Harrison County and its gotten wonderful results.  B. R. A. V. E.  <This particular program was created by Harrison County Sheriffs office.
Bullying   Resistance     Anti    Violence   Education < This is what  B. R. A. V. E.  stands for.

I feel more parents need to get involved and if it is brought to their attention that their kid is a "bully"...take action, "don't just say..Oh, not ny kid".  No parent wants to be the one to find out their kid is a bully. I know if I found out my children were the ones bullying, they would not see the outside of their room for a very long time. I would nip it in the butt right away.  Bullying has got to stop and it has to be enforced and taught at home also.

i agree with that.
children are a product of their environment -
of both nurture and nature. a bully will be a bully
unless taught otherwise.

the b.r.a.v.e. program someone mentioned is more
in the right direction, i think. it sounds like d.a.r.e.
which i think had a lot of impact when i was in school.
not that it stuck forever, but, you know.
