Referrals are pretty easy to get, just find more. I wouldn't worry too much about ONE referral.

Don't know. I never had any problems with referrals crediting

I had one or two that didn't credit.. but didn't worry about it too much, or look into it. But I understand your frustration. I would think that your referral might not have gotten credited because he/she might have gotten themselves banned, in which case FC might not have decided to credit you for it.
