Yes he should.  Clearly he was negligent.  The fact that he didn't call 911 right away that alone should be a sign that he knows he was wrong.

I think he was ridiculously negligent first of all you never leave an addict alone with drugs. He knew better than that. He was pocketing 150,000 he didn't care what he asked for or wanted he would have given it to him to keep the money. Micheal was clearly weak and sick and exhausted. He took advantage of him. God bless Micheal and his children. I hope that guy goes to jail. :angel11: :angel11: :angel11:
