How do you contact support if you cannot submit a support ticket?

Wondering the same thing! I tried submitting a ticket but there is no button on the bottom of the screen to submit.

My daily email has not worked yesterday or today. I click on the email and it takes me to FC and the ad, I click on the ad and the white box comes up but it is just a blank white box, no phrase or code to enter to go on. This is the only place it does not work, in the daily PTC the white box comes up having me enter the phrase or code to go to the website. So it is not my computer or it would not work anywhere. HELP!!   :BangHead:   :dontknow:

There are  a lot of entries in the Forum about people having problems with the FC site -- mostly with problems getting the email to give up the capcha window and now the support link.

I am not having any problems with any of this  and have suggested the following:
clear your cookies and temporary files; and/or use Cclearner;
try using a different browser;
None of these seemed to help.

One user deleted his browser and downloaded it again to achieve success -- and it appeared to have worked.

Suggest you scan the forum for other entries with similar problems to see if anyone has had success.

Would also help if you explain what you have tried -- and whether it worked or didn't.

Ask yourself what you have added to your system (or has been added automatically) since you started having problems.  (ie Windows updates; Browser updates; other file updates; new downloads etc)

I just went through and I have a submit button under all categories in the Support Ticket area.

If you are looking to submit one for "No Credit for Completed Offer" you can't. See here: http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting
From the FAQ: If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do.

My solution is to uninstall AVG 2012 or disable the linkscanner.

Go to your account page, scroll down to the bottom of that page, and you will see a link called "Support:.  Just click on the link. I hope this helps.

I tried uninstalling my AVG 2012 and then everything worked fine. I am trying to find a solution to solve this without uninstalling my AVG. If I find something I will let you know.

Just disable linkscanner while you are on fusioncash then reenable it after you leave

Thanks! I did this and then the videos worked fine. So I will just have to remember to disable that when I am working on FC and reenable it when done. Thank you so much for the tip!
