Best as I can tell, they only count posts logged within that month (based on the date/time stamp of the original post) - so if you've made your October 30 posts and submitted, all other posts made this month will still count towards the October bonus.

It's typically a good thing to have some more than the 30 required posts in case some are deemed not to qualify.

No, the only posts that count for a month are the posts between the 1st and 30th of that month, you cannot get extra from the previous month for having over 30.

I have wondered about what happens if they deem some of your posts to not qualify for the bonus.  Have you had that happen?  Do they email you and allow you to claim some of your other posts or do you submit all of them at once - even over the 30?

The 30-post count starts over each month.  Just don't forget to submit for your $3 posting bonus after you get your 30 done each month.

You actually have to go in and follow the directions.  You will have to take 3 of your 30 posts, and submit them.  You have to click on "paid to post" at the top of this page and then "fill out a request form" on the other page that it brings up.
