I am definately into the meat being cooked thouroughly and well done.   If I see pink in my steak it is going back to be cooked some more.

Well done for me too.  That seems to be a lot more popular than it used to be.  My mother loved her meat rare so I'm not sure when or where I came up with the well done preference but I can't eat it if it bleeds on my plate    I love filets but my husband cuts them in half and fixes two pieces for me so they get done.

I dont eat a lot of red meat, I eat fish or chicken or sometimes turkey. I like my fish and chicken with seasoning.

Well for me.  My fiance likes his done medium rare.  He prefer's rare, but most places won't cook it that way anymore.
