The first thing I thought of when I saw the title was the song by Metallica, "Sad, but true".  I love that song!  Anyway, yeah I remember having to fix my tapes with a pencil on occasion.  Progress is nice and can't say I miss having to do this. ;)

::) That was very funny and cute and so true.  I am 58 years old so I have seen a lot of stuff that "amuses" my two sons.  Like 8 track tapes, fixing tapes with pencils etc.  But I tend to stay pretty progressive regardless because they encourage me to do so and says it keeps me younger and active.  It freaks me out when I see people my age who don't even use computers (I don't think there are many out there but there are some).

Ha, I used to use a pencil to fix my tapes. We didn't get a CD player until I was almost 11 and I had to use it on the 3 tapes I had.
