At what point are you having problems?

Assume you know how to access the daily $.15 click, but are having problems ultimately getting credit.

You need to visit 4 of the topics (I do horescope; lottery; recipes and end with weather) You also have to click on one of the 3 sponser ad listed right under the topics box.  All of this must take at least 3 minutes (180 seconds).  There is a counter on the left bottom portion of the page that tells how much time you have left and what you have completed so far.  When you do the 4+1 in 180 seconds, a link will appear for the FC toolbar; click on it; view the page; close it.  Another link will appear for the final sponser ad.  Click on the link, enter the capcha, click on the access link and view the ad for 60 seconds.  (I use the clock on my PC - it has a second hand - to time the ad.

Check your account to confirm that you got the $.15  credit.  I usually have my account open on another tab so I can refresh it to see if the credit has come through.

If you have tried all this, come back here and explain what you've done and what you're seeing -- or not seeing.

One thing that I have noticed, it that if I am away from my computer for an extended time in the middle of this process, I have to start over when I get back.  Not sure how much time is allowed, but you do need to complete the process in a timely manner.

I can't figure it out either, I click daily email click on banner after it gets done loading and I get a blank white box that pops up, PTC I get as far as to claim 15 cents can't get past that, videos won't download to play. No problem in the past with this I have 2 cash outs It has been 2 weeks. Please help if you can. I have already submittede 2 or 3 tickets and no response I am getting ready to cancel and re-do after I get my cash.

Schoolvan, did you have a message to add?  Use the modify key to add it and then save.

I know you've been having problems with the site from other messages.  If you're also having problems with the daily click, please explain what you do, how far you are able to go and what happens when the process seems to fail.

With paid to click, you have to view four of the different sections. Sections are things like entertainment, sodoku, news, and all of those. You can view more of them if you want too. After that, you click on a sponsered ad, then you click on the toolbar link, then on the last link where you have to leave the window open for 60 seconds and type in the code it tells you to. Make sure you get the code right because you have to start over again if you dont.

first what is the modify key, second the daily click- I click on the daily email that I get from fusioncash I put in login info hit go to login big banner comes up I click on it after everything is loaded and I get a big blank white box with nothing in it. What used to be in the box was a play button to click to revel code to type and then click submit to get my 2 cents.

On your own messages, you have the option to "modify" what you wrote or delete it.  The links are in the upper right hand corner of the message box.

Re the daily email:  since you are not getting the normal display of stuff with the security window  -- just a white blank -- there is a good chance that you have a pop-up blocker at work that is preventing the ad and capcha request to come up.  The regular pop-up blocker in your IE security section wouldn't block this (I have my pop-up blocker turned on and I get the ad and capcha - I am using Windows 7 IE8)., but you may have a pop-up blocker in one of your toolbars or your security program.  if you find any pop-up blockers, turn them off.

(I use to have a Google toolbar and a My Points toolbar - both with their own pop-up blockers -- ultimately removed them -- took up too much room and caused these types of problems too often.)

Are you having the same problem with the pop-up window/capcha request on the daily .15 click?  Does this happen with any other site you use?

Have you tried a different browser?  I don't have any problem with IE and occasionally have problems with Firefox processing videos, but didn't have problems with eithor on the daily email or the daily click.

Did you add any software, toolbars, minor downloads etc, recently or changed any settings (since you started having problems)?  Check them for pop-up blockers or if the software isn't critical, turn it off or remove it.

I had problems with ads not loading when I was using dial-up and an old version of Norton Security where ads and pop-ups could be blocked.  Current versions (2011+) of the Norton Security do not block ads or pop-ups.

Clear your cookies and temporary files the IE tools or with Ccleaner; turn off your computer and reboot. Run a virus check (full system) with your security program.

I hope this helps.  Let me know one way or the other.  If you figure out what does work, let me know what did the trick -- for future reference.

Mines is working fine. For a while I thought I couldn't earn with this, but the trick was to enter the words, listed on the aid and press enter. You should have been credited afterwards.

I agree about the browser.  Sometimes one just won't work; using another often takes care of the problem.  I use google chrome browser and generally have no difficulties "seeing" anything when I click the play arrow.  IE is about the worst browser to use these days - full of viruses and such.  Firefox can be tricky, but is also a good choice.  I just prefer the ease of chrome.

schoolvan -- know you read the message.  Did anything work?

There is another thread in Support by Apples45.  She deleted and then reinstalled the browser on her PC and that seems to work for her.
Lot of work, but if it works, it's worth it.
