what do you have to do to get offers credited?

I have been stuck on $20 in my account since 10.27.08 even though I have completed 15 or more offers that are just sitting the pending.  Is this the way this site works or what?  Any insight would be helpful.

That's strange. So far this is the best site I've found for signup-and-credit ratios. I'd say about 8/10 of the things I fill out will actually credit, unlike the average 2/10 I get on other sites :[

Maybe try that whole clearing cookies thing out?
