The best way is o get a secured credit card and pay it off every month. Another way is to open a saving account at a credit union and let them hold it as collateral for a loan. Make regular on time payments. Both of these will be reported to the credit bureau. Talk with the manager of a credit union or small bank (not the big box bank) for more advice.

I have a credit card under my name under my parents I use for school i am in college like to buy books and they pay off and supposidly that is supposed to help i am not sure if it is thought probably minimal but thats all i can do now but maybe ask if you can do that go under your parents if that will help and you can always just pay your parents back the money and just use every hear and there

I established my own credit history by paying my monthly credit card bills all at once. I rarely pay the minimum payment. That’s how you slowly build up a good score.

A credit card can deinitely help you build credit.  I got a credit card about a year or so ago for the sole purpose of building credit.  Make sure to use it each month and pay it off each month.  Don't make extra purchases just to put something on your credit card.  I good way to go about it is to just put all of your gas on your credit card.
