Love cheese - cream cheese, brick, sharp cheddar, munster and curd (aka "squeaky" cheese) are my favorites; but I also occasionally pick up a block of colby, provolone, swiss, baby swiss, wunderbar, string, or marble.  Not really a huge fan of blue cheese or pepper jack.  I tend to like the softer cheeses over the hard cheeses.

To tell you the truth I love cheese as well but I will admit that I am an amateur or novice when identifying different cheeses or even knowing all the kinds that I've ever eaten.

Cheese is good!  I'm a big fan of Swiss, Provolone, Colby Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella... Velveeta and string cheese. Lol

Yep. I really like cheese too. My favorites are cotija and colby jack. I use these two on a lot of foods.

I am soooo spoiled from having lived in Wisconsin growing up. Now I don't want to even eat the cheese from the stores in Maryland. It just doesn't taste as good as Wisconsin cheese. We have my parents go buy some cheese and ship it to us. We usually get Colby and Habanero Jack. They are soooo good, but boy does the Jack get spicy the older it gets.
