Cheese is awesome!   I try to use 2% fat cheese!!!   Taste just as good as fully fatted cheese!!!!!

I love cheese also but can't have it as often as I would like. My all-time favorite is Gouda cheese. Most of the time I have a low-fat sharp cheddar.I love to break it up into small pieces and put it in a salad.
