Are they more deadly and frightning? Are the storms now a great warning?

Hi Anita, I think the storms that have been occurring have been more frightening and much stronger. I know where I live we have had a very strange summer, with tornadoes, an earthquake and some very odd storms. I believe some one or some thing is trying to tell us something. Our planet is sick and we need to take better care of her.

They're only more deadly because people have moved pretty much everywhere into the areas where storms hit hard. Every year we get bad storms-- it's part of nature. Fortunately we have the technology to warn people about them and get them out before storms kill them. Some storms today pale in comparison to the pasts, so if you're referring to 'great warnings' as being prophecies, no. Completely illogical and ignorant of the obvious facts.

I don't know if they are worse, I think we just have better technology and ways of communication to hear about all of them. We have instant access to stuff happening halfway around the world, when in the past it would take months, if not longer, to hear about it. This just makes the degree of the storms and the aftermath seem worse. However, I do think there are signs that times are changing.

I believe that they were worst when we were going into space all of the time. Now that the program has been halted , I believe that we will have a few seasons of not so stormy storms......

I concur; that was pretty hilarious.  Speaking of that; in the other D+D threads, we have Surveymack10 making an outrageous new claim - that her "belief itself is God"<-- direct quote, in context.  Naturally, she hasn't bothered supporting her claim, (yeah, you're no doubt shocked too).  Quite the "tempest in a teacup", that one's storm of illogic. <--storm reference applied to remain in context of this thread somewhat, rather than to get Mack's goat especially by 'talking about her' *lol*
