Giants Football players faking injuries, busted!

Apparently this has happened before in the NFL, but I've never seen it till now.  The Giants team couldn't keep up with the no huddle offense of the Rams and were likely about to be scored on when two Giants players spontaneously fell to the ground.  One of the players got up right away almost as if one of his other players told him that the other guy already fell down and he wasn't needed.  What a bunch of punks, they should be suspended.

I am pretty sure it happens...But that was so obvious, that warrants some fines for sure!

They should get fined and punished, it should have been up to the Giants coach to call a Timeout as they were getting run over, faking an injury to stop the momentum is a pretty shaddy move

Come on, it's been going on for years and years and years.  If you can get the refs to think you were violated for a beneficial penalty it was an asset to your team.  Some guys were really good at it.  Get better refs, can the replay and let's effing play ball!

It can't possibly be as bad as they do in Soccer. The faking they do there is beyond belief. It ridiculous!!

Faking injuries has been used for ages in sports. But my favorite is one I saw on a clip of a soccer player being hit in the face and there is a delay reaction when he falls on the ground covering his face.

I'm sure this happens all the time, it I just isn't done so stupidly! My Steelers would never look like such idiots! lol. I don't think any punishments will be handed out, as like you all have been saying, it happens all the time and the proof being there isn't proof enough for something that's never been so obvious before. I don't know if that makes sense, but I'm just saying they've never dealt with such an obvious case of this before, I don't think the officials know what to do.

I think things similar to this happen in all sports.  I didn't see exactly what happened with the Giants but I feel like if you are trying to win alot of things can be considered acceptable.
