Bonus for game

I rarely play the games on the PTC because I am just not good at them - but a few months ago I did one, and went back each day until finally I beat the score.  My bonus didn't credit at the time, and I remember writing a support ticket to Fusion Cash.  I forget how it was resolved; all I know is I got the credit and all was fine.  Same thing happened with Ultimate Blob this time.  I managed to try it and beat the score, submitted my score with the code name given, and was told, when I went to submit for the bonus, no such name in there.  This is so very frustrating and I submitted another support ticket.  I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?  The bonus money would help - I cashed out yesterday and am now working my way back up again....I'm down to 40 cents now after the cashout.  It's nice to see it start growing again, so I would like to get the bonus money.

Are you making sure you don't have a space before or after the name (code) when you are typing it in for the high score? Are you using all caps? Just some thoughts. I usually cut my code and paste it into the high score block. That way I for sure get it right. I have never had a problem with not getting the bonus for the games. Also remember your score and check the scores to make sure your code posted.
