I used to use a gel but then I would get so much plaque on my teeth that I asked the dentist what toothpaste I should use.  She recomended Armon hammer because it breaks up into little bubbles when you brush to get between your teeth.  I haven't had a plaque problem since so I'm never switching.

i use paste but i just found out teeth have pores - isn't that weird?  i guess after you use a lot of whitening products you're not supposed to eat/drink any yellowing drinks/foods because these products open up your pores

I just buy whatever is on sale and sometimes only if I have a coupon for it (mostly paste)!  I can always get colgate for free if I wait for it to go on sale!
Hahaha... Me, too!!! I haven't spent a penny on toothpaste for a while!!

I don't care as long as it works for sensitive teeth.

I prefer paste.  I use Tom's of Maine Cavity Protection, either Spearmint or Peppermint flavored.  It's ADA approved, with no artificial colors or flavors.
