I have a lot of ? How do I really make money doing this. The rules say cash out at $25 and $15 has to be from offers. What does that mean exactly?

It means that bonuses do not count toward the $15 you need in offers to cash out.

Bonuses include the $3/mo Forum Posting Bonus, the Twitter Follow Bonus, the $1/mo Post A Picture of Your Payment Bonus, the Tues/Wed and Sat/Sun weekly contest bonuses, the $1 FusionCash Toolbar bonus, the Surprise Toolbar bonuses or Referral bonuses. Bonus money may be applied toward the other $10 you need to reach the required $25 minimum for cash out but is not counted toward the $15 in offers.

Offers include the Daily Cash E-Mail, the Paid To Click offer, one-time offers on the Offers page, the daily surveys you can complete once every 24 hrs, the daily tasks, and the videos.

You don't need any bonuses to cash out (but they certainly help speed things up!). You do, however, need at least $15 in offers to cash out. Understand the distinction? Hope that helps!

Ha, good catch. No, you're not missing anything. Just have the FusionCash toolbar installed and be vigilant. This bonus appears in the lower right-hand corner of your screen with a prompt to click on it. It may appear at any time. It's completely random. That's probably why they call it a surprise bonus. In my opinion, this is just another example of the playfulness of the FusionCash staff.

Here's the last one I caught:

Toolbar Surprise Bonus #15    2011-08-28    $0.05

I haven't seen evidence of any since. If not, it's been a month so.....keep your eyes open.
