paypal cashout

I received this email yesterday. It is not in my paypal account yet. Why not? I'm set up to accept paypal on my fusioncash and no money as of yet. Please help!!

Well Tuesday is actually the 21st, so maybe they mean you'll receive your paypal tomrorow.

I received the same e-mail stating my payment through paypal will be ready Monday oct.21.Which is Tuesday.Here it is tuesday and still no paypal.

I see this same thing happened back in October. I'm curious as to when these payments through paypal actually came for you guys?
