One soft pillow is enough for me. If I have more than one pillow my neck may feel sore and stiff.

I absolutely can not sleep with out a pillow.  The only problem is every once in a while I have to because my husbands dog shreds them.  I try to keep spares around but, can't keep up sometimes.
