survey frozen?

so im doing a MyThoughCounts survey and im pretty far into, prolly nearing the end, and i clicked next and the page is still loading.. after 20 minutes... the next button has gone transparent and cant be clicked again.. the page is just loading n loading n loading, and its not my internet as i can open other windows and do anything at full speed..
I guess Im gonna just leave it open and hope it loads and if not, try to retake the survey, hopefully i qualify again for the same one LOL

Id like to know if anyone else has experienced this? a survey freezing .. not an error page or not qualifying, but just freezing?

(btw i did MyThoughtCounts yesterday and got credit for the first time, was hopin for 2 days in a row!!)

Hi , I had the same thing happen yesterday, I could venture all over other places on the internet but not get the page on the survey that locked up on me to refresh or move on. I left the room for over 2 hours and came back and it was still at the same place so I just gave up. It is a shame after putting so much time into it to have a techno glitch, but I don't know how to fix it from here and I doubt that FC will either, they will just blame the advertiser, so to me it is just not worth getting worked up over. I just moved on to a different one. Now today, I did a completely different offer for the clip and go and got to the end but it was not acknowledged that I was done or that I will be credited and it is not showing in anything pending. I figure if it happens to lock up on me again then I could submit a trouble ticket or tech help ticket. Maybe if it is happening to enough people they will also post here and if enough can verify then something might be determined on how to remedy the situation . Keep plugging away at other offers. Hopefully they will credit for you. Take care

I have had that happen to me, not on fusion cash, but on other sites.  I usually never qualify for a survey so when I do, I get excited.  There have been a few times when I was far into the survey and it froze.  And that was that.  I could not continue.  Once or twice I was at the very end.  I hesitate to take surveys for fear of a glitch especially very near the end.  I wasted my time.

well it never unfroze so i exited it, and retryed mythoughcounts.. i qualified for the exact same survey and breezed through it pretty fast since i already had answered most of the questions. I finished it with no problems this time and got credit!

Yea, my surveys freeze sometime too. Retaking them is a real pain but even worse would be if you couldn't and get no credit.

Yep, that is  sometimes the unfortunate "occupational hazard" of taking surveys.

Only happened once yeah I was a lil upset but just stuck it out did it over and got credited.
