It has been great here in southern Missouri.  Are weather has been in the high 70's for the day and in the morning its been kinda chili like mid 50's.  I don't know how long that is going to last but I hope for a while, I am ready for fall.

Past couple days here in Connecticut has been rainy... lots of rain. You would think after the hurricane hit us we would slow down on the rain fall. LOL!

What's rain? Here in TX we haven't had any significant amount in I don't know how long. Seems like ever since Perry started praying for it, it's only gotten worse. Maybe we'll get a tropical storm/hurrican soon. On the radio the other day the news guy was something like Texas needs 2 hurricans just to have a shot at being even for the year as far as rainfall goes.

I for one will not miss summer and the constant 100+ temps. It's not a typical drought/heat wave here, it's pretty historic. With the fires and all, things will only get more interesting.

Over? it was 113° here today in Southern California.  Heck, it was 104° in Downtown Los Angeles.  I think it is still here for awhile.

I'm enjoying every last minute I can.  I detest autumn and winter.  Yes, this has been a very warm summer, and the trend will likely continue for many years to come.  However, I'll take warm days every day over the dreary, cold, depressing winter.

Truth is, many who complain about the weather now, will be the same ones complaining again in January and February when highs are in the 20s-30s and there's a foot of snow on the ground.  Unless it's 70-75 degrees with low humidity, I think most complain.  Too bad those types of days are the minority over a span of a year.

It's been pretty nice over here. A little warm but not bad. But I'm looking forward to fall, it's my favorite season.

I am not a summer person - I don't like winter because of the snow and ice. Definitely want cooler weather though - need to get rid of all this rain though!
