eveyrtime i do a survey it gives me like 3 test first this took me like 3 hours then nothing it didnt except me i feel that this websight is a waste of my time. Untill someone gives me my points/cash or a place that actually works i dont see myself spending anymore time here ughhh ...very frustrated

I know they hard, but ya have to keep doing them and eventually you do get them. Or try another day as well. I never get them on first or second try.
