Do you take the skin off a peach before eating it?

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. The riper the peach is, the less desirable the skin is.

I haven't had a whole peach in a long time but no, I'd keep the skin.  As I do with all fruits and veggies...it's way healthier.

I eat only organic peaches, so I just leave the skin on.

I peel the skin off before I eat the peaches.

If it’s the fuzzy peaches, yes I do peel them off since the skin is easy to peel off from the ones that are ripe. I do admit when they are less ripe, I eat them with the skin on.

I wash them and eat them.  My uncle use to have an orchard didnt even wash them, climbed the tree and ate what I wanted.

i hate the texture of peaches! i love fresh peaches, but i never thought about pealing the skin off, i think i'll try that next time.

I will not eat skin on chicken, will not eat any fat on meat like a steak (on the very rare occasions I even eat red meat), but when it comes to fruits and vegetables, I always eat them with the skin on. That doesn't include bananas or things that have to be peeled. Most of the good fiber is in the outer part/skin, so why throw it away?

I just wash it off and eat it.

I peel it and remove the seed, then I cut it up also and than eat it.  If it's not sweet I too shake some splenda on it.

i only eat peaches in the can.

I eat the rind on all the fruits except the ones that you shouldn't eat (bananas, kiwis, etc...)  That is where all the nutrients and most of the fiber is.
